House in Rivanazzano

Entire building; partly renovated (the whole courtyard and an independent housing unit) about 15 years ago Habitable now (at least three housing units). Planimetry includes farmhouse to be restored of about 80 square meters. It is possible to triple the square footage by building two further two floors plus an attic. Useful renovation of slabs in the originally residential part (still has wooden beams). In this part of two floors over three meters in height it is possible to obtain a third attic-type floor without changing anything externally.
