the project is under construction, so the payment will be in process of promotion of works:
-5% initial Deposit on acceptance by the client of our offer.
-15% upon signing contract, which must be provided to the client within 30 days of our company from the date of the initial contribution.
-20% after the construction of the first tier.
-20% after the end of the second tier.
-20% once all external finishing works.
-last installment upon the subscription of a notarial act when passing the apartments in the property of the client.
The construction and financing is under verification and guarantee of the Bank of Italy.
