The city transit connection is very good the tram 14 and bus line 105 is operating right in front of the building. There is also a night-time service line 914. The apartment is located on the edge of the city center. Close enough to get anywhere in the center within 15-25 minutes but far enough to keep a comfortable distance from the crowd of the night-life in the city. The apartment is 2 Kilometers far from the Danube and the core-center of the city. It is placed on the top floor of the building having a nice view over the city to the east (entire Pest side). The windows are facing to the East. The utilities are lower than average and every kind of facilities can be found nearby. There is a parking lot in front of the building for the residents and there is an opportunity to rent or buy a covered garage slot nearby.
