About the project
Two houses, one guiding principle: our very personal living duet in Weißensee. Let yourself be enchanted by 21 individual condominiums in a prime location in the composer's quarter.
No matter how loud the heart of Berlin beats and how much we love it: We all need a little island of calm every now and then. A door that slams shut behind us and leaves the noise outside. A space that opens up and allows us to be ourselves.
The building duo in the quiet composer's quarter impresses with its harmonious inclusion of architectural allusions to the neighboring Wilhelminian style houses. The five-storey front building connects directly to the adjacent building on the left.
The facade design is characterized by large window sashes and the frame, which seems to be wrapped around the window to protect it. The balconies and terraces give shape to the inner courtyard, the courtyard itself invites you to linger and is harmoniously structured with play areas and seating areas. A green area with a playground is integrated into the courtyard.
The garden house also blends in with the neighboring buildings. The five-storey residential building is characterized by a four-storey extension that enables spacious roof terraces in the upper apartments. Balconies and terraces face the inner courtyard and on the east side of the building. On the ground floor, terraces open up the outdoor area and private garden areas.
