A 19th-century castle in Brittany. The main building with two towers with an area of 450m2 on three levels: large and small living rooms, a reading room, a large reception hall, a music room, a kitchen with a ramp, on the second and third floors there are 9 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, a separate studio. Wine cellar and storage rooms in the basement. Elements of antiquity: parquet, fireplaces, high ceilings with stucco. On a plot of 16 hectares there are many additional buildings: greenhouses, garages, a house for a guard, old stables. A park with century-old trees. Part of the territory is leased to a farm in exchange for environmentally friendly products. The estate is in good condition, but the heating system is old (with fuel oil), which entails considerable expenses in winter (about 8000 euros per year). To replace the system and bring it back to normal, the assistance of the state is provided.
