A plot of land for sale in Virolakhti, on the territory of the former summer residence of the Russian tsar Nicholas II.
The land area is 3000 m2, the area allowed for building is 250 m2. Paved road to the site itself (access to the site on its sandy road is about 100 m). Electricity is provided to the plot, there is a well, sewerage and a foundation for building. A hundred meters away on the shore of the Gulf of Finland there is a private boat pier .
The place is known as "Vilkkilän lintulahti" (bird bay of Vilkkil), which will delight nature lovers. The annual migration route of Arctic birds passes over these places. There are also great places for mushroom and berry lovers. After the new highway is put into operation in 2018, the journey by car from Helsinki to Virolahti will be about an hour and a half!
