About the project
Rezidence Gajdošova is a newly built house, which is situated in the corner of Táborská - Gajdošova streets in an area that is currently unused. The proposed house has one underground floor and five above-ground floors. In the underground floor of the house there will be parking for cars, the ground floor of the house will be used for business purposes and in the other floors there will be units with a size of 1 + kk to 3 + kk.
The entrance to the underground floor of the house is designed from Vančurova Street, the entrance to the retail space is from Gajdošova Street and the apartments are accessible from Vančurova and Táborská Streets. In most apartments, recuperation units will be located for more comfortable living, which will ensure not only the removal of used air, but especially in the summer cooling of the living space. The energy label of the house will be on a scale of "B" - very economical.
