About the project
The Zizkov City Development Project is located on the site of the original freight station in Prague 3 - Zizkov. An unused space of 331,000 m2 was built. In the southern part of the territory, office, retail and residential buildings were built with a modern boulevard in the center. The Sekyra Group has gradually built a new urban district here. The whole place was complemented by green areas, roads, sidewalks or sports centers.

Thanks to the project “City of Zizkov”, multi-storey buildings were created in Zizkov, surrounded by all the necessary amenities. In the surrounding area you will find secondary schools, elementary and kindergartens, and an international conservatory. Using public transport you can reach other parts of Prague and the city center. Bus stops Červený dvůr, Malešická, Basilejské náměstí and Třebešín are just a five minute walk from the project. The ivelivského metro station is a ten-minute walk from Vinogradskaya street. There are parks nearby such as the Jewish Stoves, Parukarka or Jiří Karen Park. You can walk to Malešice Park in ten minutes. There are also several sports clubs, fitness centers and sports facilities in the area. You can shop at the Plaza Center, a 15-minute walk away. There are also pubs, pubs, bars and restaurants around the complex.
