About the project
A new PSN development project was created on Peruka Street in Prague 2 - Vinohrady. There are only four houses with 205 apartments with layouts from 1 + kk to 3 + kk, ranging from 15 to 70 m2. You can also buy some of the walking roofs from the apartments, which offer a beautiful view of Prague, you can grill here or just sit with a book and coffee. Parking is possible in a private parking lot in front of the house. The apartment owners are allowed to use a private fitness center with 24/7 work.

In the area you will find everything you need to live, including sports facilities such as the Hasa winter stadium, tennis school, petanque court, Perucká stráň park and Grébovka park. You can shop in Lidl, a few meters away. The school is only 1.2 km away, next to the primary school at the Vrsovice railway station. Near the house there is the Na Fidlovacce theater and the Pilot cinema. Polyclinic Vrsovice, 1.4 km away, also has a general practitioner office.
Transport: Near the house there is a tram stop, 920 meters from the house there is a bus stop from the Vrsovice train station, 1 km from the Vrsovice train station, from where you can get from Prague and its center. There is an exit to Vrsovicka street with an exit to the Eden shopping center and the southern intersection in Sporžilov.
