The hotel has 27 modern rooms, a lobby bar, free Wi-Fi, round the clock front Desk and free Luggage storage. Rooms feature a mini-bar, safe, flat-screen TV and a private bathroom with Hairdryer and shower or bathtub. Every morning guests are served a continental Breakfast.
Prague 01. The hotel is located 100 metres from Wenceslas square and 700 metres from the metro station. Near the hotel there are shops, pubs and restaurants. The walk to the old town square is 10 minutes away, and the distance to the Charles bridge is 1.5 kilometers.
The cost of the hotel is 4 600 000 Euro. A Commission and the price of registration is not included in the cost of the hotel. The documents are ready to deal. Additional information is available upon request and upon the signing of the LOI by the potential acquirer.
