This is a modern family house located in Zadar, Croatia.
House consists of two floors and ground floor with incorporated garage.
Every floor has 120 square meters (total of 360 sq. meters), and yard area is 410 square meters.
The yard is bordered by the own wall and in every part of it the whole family can enjoy in their privacy.
The house is located in very quiet part of the town and it is surrounded by other family houses. Borik Beach, the most popular one in Zadar, is just 3 km away (5-6 minutes by car), and center of the city is 3.6 km (circa 10 minutes drive) from the house location. There are three very big supermarkets near the house, as well as pharmacy.
House has all legal permits needed.
