The house was completely renovated in 2013 (installation, insulation, roof, floors, load-bearing beams, terrace paving). It is located in a quiet part of the old part of town 7-10 minutes walk to the beach and 3-5 minutes from the sea where you can swim. At the front is the terrace and garden, on the back terrace.
