The island Murter is situated near towns of Šibenik and Zadar, about 20 kilometres away from the highway Zagreb-Split (exit Pirovac).
Murter is an island connected to the continent by bridge thus enabling easy, fast and quality communication. The Villas are situated in residence of Murter, on the northern slopes of hill Raduc, providing a magnificent view on the pearl of the Adriatic Sea, playful archipelago of Kornati islands (under the UNESCO protection). The villas are approximately 500 m away from the beautiful beach as well as from the town centre and the marina.

The building consists of a ground floor and the first floor with 2 apartments (size 71-75 m2). Each apartment has two bedrooms, a spacious living room with dining area and a terrace with an open sea view. The house has a basement storage room for each apartment. The villa has 4 parking spaces. Ground floor apartments have their own swimming pools and gardens, a total of 2 per object. Due to solidity of the construction the building has a high level of energy efficiency - category "A" and therefore every prerequisite for a pleasant stay throughout the year with lower costs of cooling and heating.
