We sell a large house with 14 apartments, on a quiet street, surrounded by other family houses and small residential buildings, next to a shop, pharmacy, restaurant and cafe, 4 minutes drive from the old center of Rovinj.
The house was built in 2001 in the Mediterranean style.

There are two two-room apartments in the attic.
Each apartment has its own terrace, fully furnished and equipped, air conditioning is installed.
The layout of the rooms is spacious and pleasant.

The apartments in the house are rented all year round due to the proximity of the tourist facilities offered by Rovinj and the close proximity to the center of Rovinj.
