The park is located on 25 hectares of cultivated land with many plantings: lavender, sage, immortelle, calendula, rosemary and fruit trees.
A large olive grove, vineyard, orchards and more than 300 kinds of spices.
On an area of 6000 m2, a vineyard with 2500 grape bushes is also planted.
100 old olives are planted on an area of 5000 m2.
Sanitary water and water for irrigation of the soil were carried out to the site.
An alley of 40 pyramidal cypresses has been planted next to the access road to the 200 m long construction site.
100,000 m2 of the plot is owned, and another 130,000 m2 is in concession.
