About the project
Thanks to the natural displacement of the terrain, most of the apartments have a magnificent view of the Varna Bay and a panoramic view of the city. We combine modern architecture with the principles of comfortable and functional living, bringing coziness and tranquility to the modern city man.
The complex will consist of two residential buildings with three entrances. The construction will be realized in two stages. Stage 1 is scheduled for commissioning on March 30, 2021.
The architectural line has been cleared. The total volume includes moving cubic shapes and facade decorative elements. The color palette is decided in warm and harmonious earth tones.
The facade is completely insulated with EPS 10 cm and has a decorative polymer plaster. The roof is flat, with steam and heat insulation. The common parts of the building will be with polished granite flooring, suspended plasterboard ceilings, LED lighting with sensors for sector work, metal railings on architectural detail. To facilitate the rapid movement of residents, two elevators for 8 people of the Spanish manufacturer "ORONA" are provided in each entrance.
