EAST HILLSIDE LOZEN is an impressive residential complex located at the foot of the eastern slopes of the northern part of the Lozen Mountain. In close proximity to it is the monastery "St. Dimitar ”and the village of Lozen. The complex is located in a very communicative place and is located about 15 minutes drive from Sofia.
The residential complex will be built in two stages. The first stage includes one two-family and nine single-family houses. The buildings are row and are combined in groups of three and four houses. A spacious south yard is provided for each apartment. All houses are arranged on three floors.
