About the project
Smart Consultants is realizing a new luxury residential building with retail space in the ideal center of Sofia. The location is specially chosen in the commercial and administrative heart of the capital, near the buildings of the Presidency, Council of Ministers, headquarters and representative offices of Bulgarian and foreign companies, shopping centers, subway stations and public transport. There are a park, schools, kindergartens, cinemas, restaurants.
The project is particularly demanding in terms of good distribution of living space, providing one-bedroom, two-bedroom and three-bedroom apartments, office space, parking spaces in the basement and ground floor of the building with a warm connection to the upper floors.
Modern high-quality materials and technologies are provided to achieve excellent heat and noise insulation, as well as luxurious execution of the common parts and facings of the facade, elevators, windows. Structured cabling is also installed, which provides communications, security and access control at the site.
