Residential complex SUNFLOWERS is a gated complex consisting of 5 sections, situated in a "U-shaped" shape. It is located in the "Student City" district on Acad. Jordan Trifonov ”. The favorable location of the complex provides a quiet and peaceful environment to its inhabitants.
The complex has a modern and clean vision, which is not intrusive with its presence, and its warm colors bring a feeling of home comfort and warmth. The asymmetrical shapes give the building mobility, which lightens its volumes and breathes life into them. An interesting joke of the architect are the floral motifs on the facade cladding - an elegant reference to the name of the project.
In the interior of the SUNFLOWERS complex there is a garden, shaped and landscaped according to an individual design project with a water mirror and beautiful oval shapes. The security of the residents of the complex is guaranteed through access control systems and constant video surveillance.
Section "D" is on seven floors, includes 39 apartments, retail space, underground and aboveground garages. The built dwellings are two-room, three-room and four-room, characterized by functional distribution and excellent living conditions.
