The building will be located in the southern part of Sofia, in Vitosha district, Lozenets district, 9.11 Asen Raztsvetnikov Str. The close proximity to Simeonovsko Shosse provides extremely good access to the central part of the city and the main exit arteries of the capital. The area itself is defined as: preferred for the purchase of basic housing, but no less important is the fact that recently more and more is being invested in housing for rental income, which today is advantageous in view of: price purchase-amount monthly rent.
Building concept.
The building is located in the central part of the plot, which has an area of 1.4 decares with an almost regular rectangular shape facing Asen Raztsvetnikov Street. Three types of materials are used for the exterior: white plaster, HPL wood paneling and ceramic tiles, thus almost почти of the facade is ventilated. The building is designed 46 pcs. apartments with one, two or three bedrooms, 1 shop, cafe and playground. There is a parking space or a garage for each site.
