About the project
AHAT building is a modern, elegant and functional residential building with apartments, storage rooms in them, shops, office, common storage room and elevator adapted for people in wheelchairs. Under the ground and in the courtyard there are garages and open parking spaces with a second entrance for access to the entrance hall and the elevator of the building.
View: The apartments in Krastova Vada are designed in the direction South-East, South and South-West, with a main view of the Vitosha Nature Park.

Used building materials:
AHAT building is built with a monolithic reinforced concrete structure, with columns and washers. The masonry is brick. The open terraces are insulated with HRS, waterproofing and frost-resistant granite. The roof is sloping reinforced concrete, insulated with 12 cm HRS and duplicated with wooden ribs and cladding, between them steam and thermal insulation. Waterproofing and colored bitumen shingles are applied to the cladding.
The facades are built with a 10 cm thermal insulation system and waterproof mineral colored plasters. The external joinery is 5-chamber PVC in color and K / B double-glazed window with low-emission glass. Entrance doors are armored with a combination lock.
Chimneys are provided in each living room with kitchenette, as well as modern technical solutions and materials for all indoor installations - Electrical and low-voltage installation, plumbing, HVAC and gas.
The construction of new external connections for electricity, gas, optical cable for internet, water supply and sewerage is designed for the building.
It is planned to build appropriate landscaping of the open terraces and the yard.
