Alley in the yard is paved with stone.
The yard is surrounded by a low fence that blends into the landscape design.

- living room, bedroom, corridors: floor - laminate or ceramic

installation: each apartment is equipped with individual
counters of electricity and water;

Payment scheme:
- 2000 Euro reservation
- 40% - upon signing the preliminary contract, 30 days after reservation;
- 60% - of the price upon request (free payment of up to 1 year)
Annual maintenance is 400 Euro without VAT.
