House for year-round use in the town of Sveti Vlas, Intsaraki area. It is located at the foot of the Stara Planina mountain, about 600 m from the sea. The house is brick, built in 2009, on the north-western side it is additionally lined with natural stone. On all windows exterior blinds, all natural oak doors. Heating: ground floor el. underfloor heating plus a functional wood-burning fireplace plus a new powerful (inverter) air conditioner. The staircase is heated (warm wall), on the second floor there is heating from air conditioners. There are no non-functional areas in the house, everything is optimally thought out for the convenience of the owners, video surveillance is installed and SOT is connected. On the site there is a garage, at the entrance to the house there is a recreation area made of natural wood, there is also a barbecue area. The site has its own well and jacuzzi. There are figs, plums, pomegranates, currants, gooseberries, more than 40 rose bushes in the garden. Cherry, apricot, peach, pear, persimmon are planted outside the perimeter of the site along the fence.
The house is very warm, for permanent residence.
