We offer a one-storey house with an area of 78 sq.m and a yard of 1723 sq.m in the village of Podvis of the Sungurlara municipality. The village is located 2 km from the Kamchia reservoir and 80 km from the city of Burgas, with central water supply and sewerage.
The house consists of: entrance hall, living room, large kitchen, 2 bedrooms and bathroom with WC. Heating by a wood-burning stove, and the installation of local heating is laid throughout the house (radiators are not installed). In the courtyard there is an extension (summer kitchen) with an area of 27 sq.m, with a renovated roof.
The village is inhabited all year round and is preferred by many foreign families because of the favorable climate, clean air and beautiful landscapes with panoramic views of "Kamchia" and the Eastern Stara Planina.
