About the project
Project De Smedenpoort is part of the upgrading project of the station area of Aalter. Four hectares of open space between the station, Oostmolenstraat and Houtem will be transformed into a new neighborhood with a car-free station square, a public park, public spaces and various residential units. With the De Smedenpoort project, DC Belgium is taking on the development of apartments. This residential project is divided into two phases: Yzerenwaag and Stadswaag. The project offers apartments with 2 and 3 bedrooms, commercial spaces on the ground floor, an underground parking and a large courtyard.
