A new part of the city
We ensure a real upgrading of the neighborhood through a new interpretation of the abandoned Torck site. And all without taking up extra open space.
Calm and green
The project is a little more withdrawn from the street. That makes room for more greenery. Moreover, you live in a traffic-calmed area around a green inner area.
