About the project
Sandweghe is a sustainable project of new-build apartments in Bruges by developer Odebrecht. In Sandweghe, quality of living and sustainability go hand in hand. With an E-level of 20 you enjoy an exemption from the property tax. The apartments will work with a co2-neutral heating system. Sandweghe will be connected to the Brugs Heat Network, where IVBO converts waste into sustainable electricity and heat. This ensures that heating costs will be significantly lower than with traditional heating systems.
In the close vicinity of Sandweghe you will experience peace and tranquility through the green surroundings, but you can also count on perfect mobility. As far as public transport is concerned, several bus stops are within walking distance, as is the Burgge-Sint-Pieters station. You can easily cycle to destinations in and outside Bruges by bike. Drivers can then use the nearby Express Road to easily connect to the major highways.
