About the project
This new-build project with 82 homes and dynamic architecture aims to combine a pleasant and quiet living environment with all the comforts of the city.
The project is part of a large master plan that turns the spacious environment around the Agfa-Gevaert site into a new and lively neighborhood with a healthy balance between living, working, shopping, greenery and recreation.
Important assets: a communal green roof garden of 1,840 m2, the supermarket that is part of the building, sustainable development with green roofs and connection to the innovative heat network, 9 separate entrance halls, 125 underground parking spaces (25 with charging points for electric cars) and 282 bicycle sheds .
