Apartments in a new house. First-line. The beach is 0 meters away-it starts right from the house. Elevator. Third floor. Great layout. View from the balcony to the yard - not the sea. The label on the site map does not give the exact location (for some reason points to the center of Durres)-the apartment is located in a Golem on a wonderful beach. Made repairs: tiles on the floor, plumbing installed. Finishing plaster for painting on the walls. There are many cafes and restaurants nearby. Excellent bus service-bus to the bus station in Durres. In the yard there is free Parking for the car.
A great option for a summer holiday or rental. If necessary, we will help with the final interior design and furnishing of the apartment.
